Airbus needed to provide their customers a fleet construction process
As a UX designer, I developed a user-centric platform for Airbus clients to control and track their fleet construction by addressing their need for transparency, cost-efficiency, and seamless collaboration. Through research, I identified pain points such as delays and fragmented communication, difficulty in managing complex supply chains, delayed problem detection and resolution, etc.
These problems were now controlled through a centralized dashboard and communication center. The platform provides real-time updates, milestone tracking, and detailed insights into each stage of construction, along with interactive models and customizable views tailored to user priorities. With features like mobile accessibility and integrated collaboration tools, clients can monitor progress, address bottlenecks, and communicate effectively with Airbus teams and suppliers. Continuous testing and iteration ensured an intuitive, streamlined interface that empowers users to manage fleet construction proactively and make informed decisions.
