Salesforce Trailhead

As a UX/UI designer, I contributed to the design of several pages within Salesforce's Trailhead platform, focusing on creating engaging, user-friendly experiences for learners and administrators. My role involved collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand user needs, such as seamless navigation, clear learning paths, and accessible resources.

For learners, I designed pages that provide intuitive access to modules, badges, and trails, and resources, ensuring the interface supports skill-building in a clear, motivational way. For administrators, I worked on dashboards and reporting tools that help track user progress and engagement. By incorporating Salesforce's Lightning Design System guidelines and iterating based on feedback, I ensured that each page aligned with the platform's goals of democratizing learning and fostering professional growth in an inclusive, scalable manner.
